I embrace the bold and loud just as much as the quiet and subtle.
If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be: versatile. I discovered this during my studies at the Bauhaus University Weimar, and it has been one of my greatest strengths ever since. I work in a deliberately multidisciplinary way and let different perspectives shape my design.
As a freelance designer, I develop corporate designs and educational media, both independently and in collaboration with agencies. I also pass on my knowledge through teaching. Working with students keeps my perspective fresh and sharpens my sense of what design can do for society.

Approach

Interfaces
I am particularly interested in the interfaces between graphic design, product design, interior architecture and exhibition design. I see communication not as a downstream step but as an integral part of the overall design concept.

Holistic
Rather than isolated design products, I develop overarching systems that are convincing in content and consistent in design – the only way for them to last.

Sustainable
I understand sustainability in two ways: in content, through concepts built for long-term validity rather than short-lived trends, and in material, through a conscious choice of resource-saving materials, printing processes and digital solutions.

Evolving
Regular training in exhibition design, spatial communication, digital design and artificial intelligence in design keeps my work up to date.
