The German version of this privacy policy is legally binding.

In brief

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no content from third-party servers – even the fonts are served from our own server. Personal data is only processed when you visit the website (technically necessary server log files) or when you write to me. Appointment booking via Calendly is only linked, not embedded (see below).

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Server log files

When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, previously visited page (referrer), browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form and email

If you write to me via the contact form or by email, I process your details (name, email address, optionally company or institution, and your message) solely to answer your enquiry. The form data is not stored on the web server but sent to me directly by email.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – my legitimate interest in answering enquiries. I delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations, for example for business correspondence, apply.

Booking an appointment via Calendly

To book an intro call, I link to the scheduling service Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly is not embedded in this website: only when you click “Book an intro call” does Calendly’s page open in a new tab and your browser connect to its servers. If you book an appointment there, Calendly processes your details (such as name, email address and preferred time) so that the call can take place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Cookies, tracking and external services

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no social media plugins and no embedded third-party content such as maps or videos. Fonts, images and all other files are loaded from our own server.

Encryption

The connection to this website is encrypted via SSL/TLS – recognisable by “https” at the start of the address and the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). An informal message to the address above is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Thuringian State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
