Yes – but always as part of a larger, consistent design system. Even a single logo or brochure is created with the whole in mind, so it can be extended coherently later on.

My office is in Weimar and I work for clients throughout Germany. Meetings take place in person or online; for spatial and exhibition projects I am happy to visit the site.

For specialist services such as photography, printing, web development or detailed scenographic planning, I bring in partners from my network on a project basis. You keep one point of contact for the entire project. Production, printing and programming are not automatically part of a quote but are agreed separately.

A central one: in content, through concepts built for long-term validity rather than short-lived trends, and in material, through a conscious choice of resource-saving materials, printing processes and digital solutions.

Every project receives an individual quote. It sets out the steps of the design process, names deliverables and dates, and specifies which usage rights are granted for which fee. Invoicing is based on the quote or on time spent (hourly or daily rate), plus VAT. For projects from €1,000 net, payment is made in instalments: a 30–50 % deposit when the order is placed, interim payments as the project progresses, and the balance after acceptance.

That depends on the scope. I set out the schedule with the individual project steps in the quote. To keep to it, I need the necessary materials and your feedback in good time. Binding deadlines are agreed explicitly in writing.

The number of design variants and rounds of revisions is specified in the quote. Additional drafts, extra revisions or later changes to the brief are charged by time spent.

You receive the usage rights agreed in the quote for the accepted and fully paid work. Unless otherwise agreed, this is a simple (non-exclusive) right of use for the agreed purpose, in Germany and for the intended duration. Exclusive or extended rights – for example for further media, products or markets – are possible by separate agreement. The copyright itself remains with me.

No. Trademark searches, registration (for example with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office) and legal trademark clearance are not part of my services. They are carried out by you or by a patent and trademark law firm you appoint.
